Veness however, staunchly resisted this trend and take

Veness operates under the aegis
of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We
are quality-assured under UKAS for residential surveys
and valuations, and are a Law Society Checked Expert
Witness firm.
The firm has developed and implemented

Veness has been operating for
over 28 years, and many of the older staff have lived
and worked through all the various peaks and troughs
of the housing market. The recession of the late 80's/early
90's and its long-lasting effects on property values
still remains clear in our minds.
